Working in many different fields, many positions and especially in the role of Human Resources Manager for many years, I have had many experiences and certain achievements. From the very beginning of the business, I always question myself:
“ What is my goal?”
“ How can I achieve that goal?”
“ What is my final destination I want to toward to?”
“A PERFECT HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER!”
Having been through many difficulties, I finally found an answer to those questions. I understand that human is an individual with many shortcomings, a Human Resource Trainer is no exception. But the core is we have to admit these shortcomings and we must keep on practicing, making up for our shortcomings aiming at the standard of a perfect Human Resource Manager.
That is a long process of effort. Step in this profession, I’ve never forgotten to remind myself to become a Human Resource Training and Development Expert worthy of its title. It means I always practice, make up for my shortcomings and aim to become a “perfect” trainer.
“RESPONSIBILITY” – THE ANSWER FOR PERFECTION
That is the perfection in responsibility awareness. Responsibility in words, in action and missions. Good awareness about responsibility for work and team is an effective catalyst to promote self-improvement.
That is the perfection in profession thinking. I understand that life is a process of experience, summarizing and learning for yourself. As a Human Resource Training and Development, self-improvement of professional knowledge, practical rubbing plays an important role. It is a measure of self-worth.
“ The image of a perfect Human Resources Trainer and Developer must be a balance between awareness of responsibility and professional skills.”
These are 2 criteria I set not only for myself but also for others participating in my training process in any enterprise. It’s a key requirement in my training programs when developing a workforce that can compete with any workforce in the world.
Always remind yourself: “we today must be better than who we were yesterday”
